Can I buy Hillhouse Naturals products in my area? Hillhouse Naturals products are sold in specialty retailers throughout North America. Please visit our retailers to find a store near you.

Do we offer gift wrap? Unfortunately, we do not at this time.

Why can’t I find the fragrance I’m looking for? As times and tastes change we occasionally retire fragrances to make room for new collections. It is always hard to retire a fragrance when we know there are still happy users out there making it part of their day.

Shopping and Shipping Information Is my credit card information secure on-line? Yes, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that the information is safe from anyone trying to intercept it. For more security information, please visit our Privacy and Security statement.

What credit cards can I use to purchase products? We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Can I return my purchase? Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange it or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment. Contact our Customer Service department at 800-993-2767. Our team is available Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST. Or e-mail us at joycehillhouse@aol.com. You will receive a return authorization number (RA) by a customer service representative. Please write the RA number on the packing slip. Ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post). Keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Hillhouse cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us.

How fast is my order processed? Once you order has been submitted, we typically ship it our within 3 days.

What shipping options are available? Online is standard shipping only. Two-Day Air and One-Day Air options available depend upon the delivery address and those orders need to be called in at 1-800-993-2767 and we can let you know those shipping fees. We have selected UPS as our premier delivery service. A street address is required for delivery. We ship via Priority Mail to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. APOs and Military Addresses

All orders shipping to an APO address can only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We apologize but we are unable to ship Mists and Parfum APO address.

Canada We have selected UPS Standard as our premier delivery service for Canada. A street address is required for delivery. Sorry, no rush shipments to Canada.
